In just a week, I heard a carotid bruit, an S3 heart sound, crackles, and the heart sounds of a patient with pericardial effusion. I know other people don’t care about these things, but the fact that I was eager to learn about them made me realize once more that I’m in the right place. Med school, I love you! =)
